Donna has over 25 years of experience across most areas of the business. Working her way through the disciplines of manufacturing, operations and sales she was appointed MD in January 2020. Her breadth of knowledge and experience of the business, its customer base and potential enable her to be well positioned to drive the business forward. Donna leads the strategic direction of the company and takes a hands on approach in building and strengthening relationships with customers. In 2021 she was awarded The Top 100 Manufacturer as an exemplar member. She also represents Northern Lights at Board Level within NLC.

With a background in Hospitality and Business Development, Georgie makes the perfect addition to our team, focusing on the development of both Marine and Hospitality accounts. With an intrinsic understanding of the needs of designers, procurement companies and their clients, Georgie has an undeniable passion for the industry and the people within it.  She uses her love of travel and experiencing fantastic locations as inspiration when working on client projects, and loves seeing unique ideas brought to life in our factory.

Michael has an extensive career history in product design and has been head of design at Northern Lights for over 19 years. He is responsible for the successful aesthetic and technical design development of products for major brands within the hospitality industry, managing large-scale bespoke lighting projects both nationally and internationally, and working closely with clients, interior designers, and architects. Combined with supporting new client-initiated design enquiries, Michael is coordinating the strategy for new contemporary luminaire designs for our Signature Collection.

Danny oversees our production department supervisors and ensures health and safety compliance. With a journey from warehouse operative to team leader and logistics supervisor, he emphasizes efficiency, feedback loops, and teamwork. Coordinating production planning and leading weekly meetings, he ensures challenges are addressed, targets are met, and projects are delivered on time. Additionally, Danny serves as the health and safety manager, fostering a safe and communicative workplace culture. His skills in organization, planning, and decision-making contribute to driving the business forward every day.
