Ready to Ship Orders

     1. We strongly recommend placing orders no later than Friday 12th December for                 pre-Christmas delivery

     2. Our final date for pre-Christmas despatch is Friday 19th December

Luxury Collection Orders

     1. Orders for our made-to-order Luxury Collection will have standard lead times                       extended by 2 weeks

     2. Pre-Christmas delivery is no longer available

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Ready to Ship

Ready to Ship items that are in stock will be delivered in approximately 5 - 7 working days.

Luxury Collection (Made to Order)

Lead-times on made to order items can vary from approximately 1 to 16 weeks and are dependent on receipt of payment, availability of materials, the customer supplying all other necessary information required for the order, and complying with our Terms and Conditions. Any lead-time or delivery date is provided as a guide only and not guaranteed.

Delivery Costs

All orders under £300 will be charged a flat delivery fee of £35.  For orders over £300, delivery is free for consumers and trade customers will be charged based on total value of the order. Delivery charges for your items will be presented at the checkout for you to review before completing your order.  

Bespoke Items - Trade Only

Delivery information including approximate lead times and costs to deliver to site will be discussed with your dedicated account manager during the quotation process.

International Orders

Orders placed on our website are available for UK mainland delivery only.  For delivery outside of the UK, & for EU & US wiring options, please add products to your cart and select "Request a quote" at checkout and we'll be in touch.  Alternatively use our Contact Us form to submit your request and we'll be happy to assist with your request including delivery options and costs.
