Please note the information below relates to our Ready to Ship items only and is not applicable to made-to-order or bespoke items.  Made-to-order and bespoke goods are not eligible for return, unless damaged or faulty in line with our Terms and Conditions and may only be returned with the prior agreement in writing from Northern Lights.  Any goods returned without the prior agreement of Northern Lights will be returned to the Customer and an administration charge for handling plus all carriage costs will be made.


Damaged Goods

Items should be fully inspected by you upon delivery.  If there are any defects, damage or missing parts need you need to notify us in writing at within 48 hours from the date of delivery.  We may ask you to provide photographic evidence to support.  If notice is not given within this period you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.

Where a return has been accepted in writing from Northern Lights, a restocking charge of a minimum of 50% will be levied to all orders, unless faulty.  Northern Lights reserves the right to increase this restocking charge as appropriate and in line with the value of the Goods and/or Services produced at their sole discretion.  The customer is liable to cover the cost of all returned goods to Northern Lights, including carriage costs, taxes and duties.


Consumer Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return unused goods within 14 days of delivery.  Items may only be returned with prior agreement in writing from us – please Contact Us to inform us of your request to return.  Any goods returned without prior agreement in writing will be returned to the customer and an administration charge for handling plus all delivery costs will be applied.

Once your return request is accepted by us in writing, the goods will need to be returned unused, in their original packaging and in fully resaleable condition.  It is the customer’s responsibility to bear the cost of returning the goods, which need to be sent back via a recorded delivery service with insurance to cover the full cost (RRP) of the goods.  Please note that any taxes, duties and delivery costs will not be reimbursed, and the goods may be subject to a restocking fee.

Once we receive the goods we will inspect their condition in line with the terms set out in our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse a refund should the item not be in the outlined return condition. If the return is approved, we will process your refund less any reasonable costs incurred by us, via the original payment method used.
