Made to Order
All our products are made to order. Made-to-order and bespoke goods are not eligible for return, unless damaged or faulty in line with our Terms and Conditions and may only be returned with the prior agreement in writing from Northern Lights. Any goods returned without the prior agreement of Northern Lights will be returned to the Customer and an administration charge for handling plus all carriage costs will be made.
Where a return has been accepted in writing from Northern Lights, a restocking charge of a minimum of 50% will be levied to all orders, unless faulty. Northern Lights reserves the right to increase this restocking charge as appropriate and in line with the value of the Goods and/or Services produced at their sole discretion. The customer is liable to cover the cost of all returned goods to Northern Lights, including carriage costs, taxes and duties.
Damaged Goods
Items should be fully inspected by you upon delivery. If there are any defects, damage or missing parts need you need to notify us in writing at sales@northern-lights.co.uk within 48 hours from the date of delivery. We may ask you to provide photographic evidence to support. If notice is not given within this period you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.
