The Process
We start by reviewing your concepts to provide an outline of approximate costs. We’re able to blend bespoke designs with our made to order lighting collection, in addition to products sourced from within our wider group, to facilitate a variety of budgets.

This is where your visions really start to come to life. Our designers work closely with our
engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure the concepts are considered from every angle. Initial drawing and renderings are developed, outlining recommended materials, fabrics and finishes based on discussions.
This is a collaborative journey, and we work together with you to ensure you’re happy with the design proposal before proceeding.
Once the concept designs are signed off by you and your team, our lighting designers create a set of technical drawings that are highly detailed for each stage of the manufacturing process. Finish samples can also be arranged for approval and colour matching. We develop all our own finishes in-house and bespoke finishes can be
created to seamlessly tie in design elements through the scheme.
The technical drawing is processed for production, running through each stage of manufacture in our 38,000 square foot facility. During this time, it passes through various Quality Control points at each stage before moving to final delivery. We welcome you and your team to visit during this stage to see the magic happen in real time. You can read more about our facility and production capabilities here.
When the goods are ready to go to site, they’re securely packaged on a room-by-room basis. This helps to save time and makes installation easier for your installation team. We’ve worked with our specialist logistics partners for many years, ensuring all goods arrive on time and safely in one piece. If you need help with expert installation, we’re also happy to recommend qualified electricians to assist you with this.
