To mark its 60th anniversary, London Hilton on Park Lane underwent a transformative renovation, restoring its distinctive mid-century identity and elevating it with contemporary detailing. Appointed by leading interior design studio GA Group, we were entrusted with the design and production of bespoke lighting to support the hotel’s new narrative of simple drama and quiet luxury.

Working across eight different guest suite schemes—including the prestigious Presidential Suite—we crafted a suite of bespoke lighting that echoes the 1960s glamour at the heart of the design. 

Each piece was designed to enhance the hotel’s quiet sense of drama, layering in texture, warmth, and refined materiality to support a cohesive and luxurious guest experience.

In the bedrooms, custom bedside pendants suspended from the ceiling feature polished brass stems with delicate chains and a pearl linen shade, softened with an opal acrylic diffuser for ambient glow. In other suites, bedside wall lights combine oiled bronze metalwork and matte opal globes to bring warmth and intimacy to the rooms.

In the suite lounges, a mix of elegant statement pendants and floor lamps showcase our metalworking expertise—from a refined 8-arm polished brass chandelier with half-opal glass shades to domed pendants fitted with pulley systems and finished in contrasting tones, including Oiled Bronze, Old English Light, and powder-coated white. Each piece is completed with carefully selected braided flexes and hand-applied patinas for visual depth and craftsmanship. 

Turned wood floor lamps with weighted bases are finished in golf leaf and a protective lacquer, complementing the tones and hues in our other fixtures.

Among the designs, our Mareto ceramic table lamp from our Signature lighting collection adds sculptural character with its undulating 1970s-inspired form and rich onyx glaze. With gold leaf accents and turned wood detailing, additional floor lamps introduce further layers of tactile interest.

Across all fittings, a seamless material and finish story ensures that each suite feels both distinct and connected—reflecting the designers’ vision to restore Hilton’s timeless glamour while writing a new chapter of effortless elegance.
