Clerkenwell Design Week 2026 Giveaway

1. Promoter
This giveaway is organised by Northern Lights (the “Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
Employees of Northern Lights and anyone directly connected with the organisation of the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

3. How to enter
Entry is via scanning the QR code displayed at the event held on 21st May 2026 at Bagnodesign A&D Gallery, Clerkenwell, during Clerkenwell Design Week.

To enter, participants must:

• Submit their name and email address via the entry form
• Provide consent to receive marketing communications from Northern Lights

Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will not be counted.

4. Entry period
Entries must be submitted on 21st May 2026 during the event. Entries submitted after this time will not be valid.

5. The prize
One winner will receive:

• 1 × rechargeable lamp from Northern Lights
• Accessory pack including remote, LED unit, charging tray and charging wire

There is no cash alternative, and the prize is non-transferable.

6. Winner selection and notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries when at least 100 entrants have submitted.
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided within a reasonable timeframe following the event.

7. Claiming the prize
The winner must respond within 10 working days of notification and provide delivery details.  If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Delivery
Delivery of the prize is included and will be arranged within 10 working days of receiving the winner’s delivery details.

9. Data protection
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the giveaway and receiving marketing communications from Northern Lights.  Participants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the giveaway at any time without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

11. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
