Designed to refresh the guest experience at Hilton Newcastle Gateshead, this project required a lighting scheme that balanced refinement with practical performance across a large-scale bedroom rollout. Collaborating with JK. Interiors, Northern Lights supplied a hybrid package of fully bespoke fittings and customised Signature lights, unified through a rich Roman Bronze specialist finish.


Agile Prototyping Meets Scalable Production

To accelerate development, sample room fittings were produced entirely in-house at our Derbyshire HQ.

JK. Interiors visited to review every piece first-hand, allowing rapid refinement and sign-off. Minor adjustments - including increased base stability for the Verona floor lamp to suit the carpet selected - were implemented instantly through our in-house teams.

Sample rooms were delivered just five weeks from concept approval, enabling swift decision making and a confident move into full production. Once signed off, our international manufacturing arm enabled volume rollout at speed, maintaining the same artisanal standards as the UK prototypes - ensuring consistency, control, and flawless finish quality throughout.

Both adapted from our Signature Collection - colour-matched in Roman Bronze for continuity, with the Verona base subtly enlarged for stability while retaining its elegant profile.
