The venue has a British feel with well-designed architecture and on-trend features, such as a Vespa moped in the lobby with Union Flag paintwork.

The lighting specified for the hotel's Stoke Bar included massive gantry fittings that would connect to the bar area and provide an enormous halo to the guests congregated below and more intimate booth lighting.  The brief called for the marrying of components on an enormous scale.  By combining carefully considered product design with decades of engineering expertise, our designers and artisans collaborated closely to ensure the structural, functional and aesthetic integrity of each bespoke fitting to bring them to life.

In the restaurant, our sectional feature pendants are suspended over tables to provide a warming glow to diners. The pendants are manufactured in four sections, and each part comprises a powder-coated matt black frame with rolled reeded glass providing a calm diffusion of the light within the structure. The parts are then hand-assembled and fixed to create a goliath fitting spanning a large ceiling area. The same fixture style sits above the bar, but this fitting has been duplicated and stacked and fitted with a gantry that houses various liquor bottles to form a functional illuminated bar. 

A rounded seating area is cleverly illuminated between the bar and the booths by an assembly of fixed seat top lamps. The curved stems of the fixtures house six threaded acrylic globes, giving a 'streetlight' effect in their appearance.
