Taking design inspiration from the previous contemporary restaurant lighting we have completed for the ‘Dirty Martini’ brand, Grapes Design collaborated with us to create a brand new collection of modern restaurant lighting for the Cardiff branch.

Grapes Design has consistently developed the language of the `Dirty Martini’ brand by giving each new venue a subtle twist. Whether through the commissioning of original artwork or commissioning us to create some new bespoke feature lighting or introducing current trends through innovative design ideas, each site is unique. The Cardiff branch, the first venture outside of London, is another excellent example of all of these points coming together.
The flush mount bespoke chandeliers feature the iconic fretwork design, synonymous with the brand, and when applied on this scale, create a unique light show of shadows on the ceiling. The amber light is also used in various formats to help create the warm ambience ‘Dirty Martini’ prides itself on. The warmth is also reflected on the eight pleated fabric bespoke pendants, the delicate material and beautiful, vibrant colour, further enhancing the opulent and luxurious setting.
Since the concept launch in 2009, Dirty Martini has grown to 16 sites throughout the UK and is one of the most popular cocktail brands in London. We pride ourselves on helping ‘Dirty martini’ achieve such a distinct vibrant look with our bespoke lighting.
