Northern Lights has beaten off competition to be short-listed in two categories of this year's Derbyshire Business Awards: Manufacturer of the Year and Achievement in International Business.
Since being founded in 1987, we have always believed in the benefits that a UK production base can offer. Despite the economic uncertainty, we continue to invest in people and machinery. This ensures we provide a quick and flexible bespoke service to our clients. In recent years we have made great inroads into international markets. The nominations are in recognition of our efforts and achievements.
Paul Wade, Managing Director said: 'We have had opportunities to work with many wonderful customers who always challenge the design and production norms. They inspire and motivate us to continuously explore new design concepts and manufacturing techniques. Thank you to all our customers who make these nominations possible. Congratulations to all of our employees. It is a truly remarkable achievement to be a finalist in two categories. '
The Derbyshire Business Awards recognise, reward and celebrate business excellence across the county. This year there are 11 categories. The 2014 award winner will be announced at a Gala Dinner and Ceremony on 10 October at the Round House in Derby.
